1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Volamani, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Sellers may be required to complete KYC and bank verification before they can receive payments.
3. Buying and selling
Sellers must accurately describe their products, services and consultations. Buyers must pay through the platform so that buyer protection applies. Off-platform payments are not protected.
Payments are processed by our payment provider, which pays each seller directly into their own verified bank account and pays us only our commission. We do not receive or hold your funds.
4. Fees
We charge a platform commission on completed transactions and may charge subscription fees. Applicable fees are shown before you confirm an action.
5. Prohibited conduct
No illegal goods, fraud, intellectual-property infringement, or attempts to take payments off-platform to avoid buyer protection and fees. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
6. Liability
The platform is provided "as is". We facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers but are not a party to the underlying contracts between them.
